TraXtion Coaching and Consulting was founded by Paul Jacobson, a very experienced businessman with a passion for inspiring others to succeed.  Paul used his talent for 20 years as a senior executive with a multinational company, where one key responsibility was to provide training, setup and operational support and systems, to assist the company’s small business clients to succeed.  The idea was – they succeed : we succeed.

Through his own company, TraXtion, Paul now shares his passion for finding ways to help businesses to succeed, working with leaders and staff in small to medium companies.  He has particular experience working with trade-related and retail businesses.

Paul’s clients find him to be engaging and empathic, with a fierce determination to discover what is needed for the business, the leaders and the staff to succeed more than they had thought was possible.  

He has a real talent for showing businesses how to set themselves apart from their competition by delivering exceptional service – something he has frequently observed is an area that can easily be improved, to add significantly to the company’s client loyalty and bottom line.
